Ethics & Verification Standards

Editorial & Fact-Checking Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Sources & Attribution

AI World Scope prioritizes official announcements, model cards, developer documentation, release notes, research papers and other primary sources. Reputable reporting and specialist sources may provide additional context. Claims are attributed to the source that supports them.

2. Testing & Benchmark Labels

We distinguish evidence types so readers can see what a number or conclusion represents.

  • Provider claim: a statement or benchmark reported by the model or tool provider.
  • Third-party benchmark: a result published by an independent external source.
  • AI World Scope analysis: our interpretation of sourced facts, trade-offs and use-case fit.
  • AI World Scope Tested: reserved only for original testing conducted by AI World Scope with a documented methodology and results.

3. Pricing & Specification Verification

Token pricing, context limits, availability and related specifications are verified against current provider documentation when publicly accessible. Regional, promotional, cached-token and long-context conditions are retained where relevant. If a fact cannot be verified safely, it is left unpublished rather than inferred.

4. Corrections & Updates

When a factual or technical error is confirmed, AI World Scope updates the affected content and verification timestamp as appropriate. Living reference pages may also be updated when providers change pricing, availability or specifications.
